Rated payload is only one part of underground dump truck selection. Measure tunnel height and width, loading-point clearance, minimum turning radius and the steepest loaded grade along the route.

A larger body volume can improve productivity for low-density material, while dense ore may reach the payload limit before the body is full. Square-head and pointed-nose layouts also create different overall lengths and turning requirements.

Ask the supplier to confirm dimensions, engine and transmission configuration, body plate thickness and unloading height against your route. Never select a truck on payload alone.
